Chai Concentrate





I LOVE Coffee, Tea, Cocoa.  I'm really not picky.  On a cold day, I can sip on a mug of warmth all day.
Normally I fix my coffee or tea with a bit of honey and a splash of milk but I also like to keep this Chai flavoring on hand to add a bit of variety and spice to the mix.

Add to one can of sweetened condensed milk: 1 tsp cardamom, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp nutmeg.  Mix all together and store in the fridge in an airtight container.  


To use: Brew a cup of black tea or coffee.  Add 2 tsp of mixture and stir well.


 Keeps in the fridge up to 6 months, although mine rarely makes it past week 3.
