Food Post

My husband has made some pretty incredible meals lately, so I thought I'd share.  


Buffalo Shrimp Salad

The "Cuban Reuben" is what he called this. Slow smoked pork belly with swiss cheese & pickled red cabbage. It was amazing. The salad was a mix of sauteed brussel sprouts, carrots, and yellow squash.

Roasted snow goose with asparagus and a parsnip/celery root souffle with beet and sweet potato chips

    1. My husband doesn't use recipes, so I can never share how he made anything...and he rarely makes the same thing twice because of this. Even when he tries, it always turns out a bit different. This is also why he isn't a good baker, he can't follow recipes :)
