Coming home for a holiday is always a feeling I welcome. I love the house of my childhood. I love seeing my son and all his cousins running in the field, climbing trees, and playing with the water pump. This Thanksgiving was great because the weather was so beautiful. The kids were let loose outside so the adults could enjoy dinner. My mother is a great host and always makes everything feel like an extra special occassion. It's all in the details.
