Celebrate

For my son's 11th birthday, he chose to have an Adventure Time themed party.

I made a Jake Cake, a little wonky, but made with love.

We had rainbow fruit skewers and Rainicorn poop cookies which were really fun to make.  There was an Everything Burrito bar, although we stuck with traditional fillers and toppings.

No party is complete without a "pin the farts" on Jake game.

We also had some paper crafts which the adults made.  The kids were too busy to be bothered with scissors and glue.  Overall, I believe the party was a success.

    1. It was. Notice he is wearing his rad plaid suit. I don't know what he's going to wear when he grows out of it!

    1. I always stress about themed parties, b/c of all the details. My son said it was perfect, so I'm a happy mom.

  3. Good grief, you've thrown the perfect party for a boy - the partygoers must've gone nuts over it all! Fantastic!!! Chrissie x

    1. It was kind of funny though, because the grandparents had no idea what "Adventure Time" was so they were a little out of the loop!
