Iced Mocha Frappuccino

Makes about 24 oz.

Use 1/3 cup coffee grounds in french press.  Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water.  Steep until very strong.
(basically you are making  mock espresso)

Pour coffee into a heat proof container.  Add 1/8th cup of honey.

Shake well to mix.

Add 2 1/2 cups of milk (cow, rice, soy, almond - whatever you prefer).  Now add a pinch of cocoa powder OR a shot of dark chocolate almond milk.

Mix and Chill.  Serve over ice and enjoy!
*Note, you will need to shake before serving as the chocolate tends to settle on the bottom of the container.

When I make plain iced coffee, I follow steps 1-3 and then add additional water until the coffee flavor is to my liking.  Then I add just a bit of milk, chill and serve over ice.

    1. I make this weekly in the summer. I should probably switch to tea for my afternoon energy boost...but this is such a treat.
