Making Mozzarella



I received this cheese-making kit from a friend.  The process was really simple with easy to follow instructions and it only took about an hour.  







When I posted this on Instagram, you can imagine the comments I received about my smooth balls.  Well, they were tasty to boot!

    1. It was really easy to make and turned out good. I was too light handed on the salt - but I prefer to add salt to the dish rather than have super salty cheese. It's crazy to see a gallon of milk transform into cheese.

  2. Oooh - they look beautiful. I would love to have a go at bit of simple cheesemaking sometime.Trouble is we'd just scoff it all!
