I can't wait to try ours but I want to wait until we have tomatoes and basil! YUMMY!
It was really easy to make and turned out good. I was too light handed on the salt - but I prefer to add salt to the dish rather than have super salty cheese. It's crazy to see a gallon of milk transform into cheese.
Oooh - they look beautiful. I would love to have a go at bit of simple cheesemaking sometime.Trouble is we'd just scoff it all!
