Quick dinners

I love making crust-less quiche. Open the fridge, pull out whatever needs used up, saute in a cast iron skillet, pour beaten eggs over it and bake until set.  It's quick and easy.

    1. The only downside is you have to turn on your oven. But, that's about it.

  3. I wish I could have a cast iron skillet, but I don't think I can on my glass top. My mom makes amazing frittatas...when I try to make them, they stick!

    1. yeah, the cast iron is key. That's a bummer. You will have to google search to see if there is some type of substitute. You could transfer everything to the cast iron skillet after sauteeing on the stove, then pour the eggs over and put it in the oven.
