Baking Bread

I'm the baker around here.  Thankfully that is one thing I can do better than my husband (food-wise). I've had this crazy urge to bake bread lately, but I also wanted something rich and hearty.  I settled on making a simple white bread recipe and just added some sesame, hemp, sunflower, and poppy seeds.  It turned out great.

And, it was the perfect addition to our Sunday brunch (which also included banana bread).
*Note - I normally make banana bread with chocolate chips.  We didn't have any, but I did have some white chocolate baking squares.  I put two squares of white chocolate in the food processor and mixed that in with the banana bread batter.  It tasted so amazing.  This is now my secret banana bread weapon of choice.
