Step 1: Find flowers
 Step 2: Collect Pollen
 Step 3: Return to the hive

The above cells are actually full of brood, which are baby bees. They are kind of ugly being a white larva. The nurse bees tend them and when they are ready they cap the cell and the larva pupates into a bee.  It's pretty incredible!
