We went to Colorado to visit family that moved there about a year ago. This was my first time as well as my son's. My husband has driven through the state, but never had the chance to site see. Our first hike was at St. Mary's Glacier Lake. The lake is fed by a melting glacier - you can see the snow in the picture below. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day.
