Lentil and Veggie Soup


I just love budgetbytes for recipe ideas.  I found this recipe there and went straight to the store to purchase the ingredients.  It was a hit and went straight to my recipe box for future use.  Even our son loved it, not that he is super picky, but he is an 11 year old kid.  Its warm and hearty and quite filling, not to mention super delicious.
