My husband thinks nothing of spending 4 hours in the kitchen to prepare dinner for us. He is definitely a gourmet, attention to detail kind of guy and I love him for it!
Sometimes I don't even know! I do know that this is a coconut with a pea puree soup topped with curried coconut butternut squash. Naan with pork and fried egg and a salad. I'm sure there are a lot more elements on the plate that I am missing.
