Dead Ants

We always get those tiny sugar ants as soon as the weather is warm.  We've tried various methods to get rid of them: washing their trail with vinegar, using peppermint oil on the counters, sprinkling chili powder, etc.  Nothing seemed to work.  Then on just the perfect day, at just the right time I was surfing IG and stumbled upon a post for killing ants.  I immediately tried it and it worked!  I mean, they are gone.  Nada.  No ants!

    1. I have had to make this once more, but the ants seems to disappear for about a week or two at a time. I put the soaked cotton balls in a plastic bag and keep in the fridge and just put them out as needed. Good Luck. I hope it works for you too.

  2. Mark takes care of all the mass murdering in our house (hornet nests, carpenter ants, sugar ants, etc) and he swears by this method!

    1. I had no idea until recently about this method of killing. Does he spray it or use cotton balls too?

    1. Isn't it strange the places ants go? I hope this works for your sister.

  4. THANK YOU! I am going to have to try this when ants attach this summer (which they of course, never disappoint me with their surprise appearance) ;)
